I replaced a dolphin pool cleaner with this unit. This one cleans well but doesn't seem to do as good as the dolphin did. It also has the feature of connecting to a phone for remote control and I have to go through a complete setup to connect to my phone each time I try to use this feature. And here lately, I am finding it upside down on its back. I will be taking it in for service and hope this will fix that issue.

Hi Jeff, Thanks for your feedback! It's possible that the canister on your cleaner is clogged with microscopic debris. Brush the canister with a soft brush and mild soap. i have been using the polaris 360 for about 28 years, and have been very happy with it. this year i changed to the 965iQ. still very happy! i sent in for rebate and have not received.

This is the best pool cleaner I have ever had I love it so far. Is far beeter then doing by hand.
