What it does it does well Pros: cleans were it goes and picks fine sand and other debris. Cleans at the waterline. The app makes it easy to control. Works with Aqualink system. Great storage caddy. Easy to clean Cons: doesn’t really do pool steps or ledges. The electrical cord is difficult to put away after use. The device roams around the pool when cleaning and it’s unclear if it goes everywhere. Takes 2 hours and 40 min to “deep clean”
Does a great job Yes, it's expensive but it does a great job of cleaning an irregular oval pool. Instructions were accurate and the stand snapped together easily with no tools. It's fun to watch and actually makes a lot of turns to cover all parts of the pool. Compared to my old pool robot, this thing is amazing. The pickup filter is super easy to remove and clean. A quick hose rinse cleans it. The WiFi connection is convenient and I sometimes use it instead of the contoller on the stand.
Polaris works Great I bought a Dolphin robot and seriously it worked for 15 minutes and totally died. Sent it back and got this Polaris. It worked beautifully, cleans the entire bottom and sides (water line) very well. It is a little expensive but well worth it. My pool looks awesome. I recommend this product with 99.9999% confidence.

Easy to use. The media could not be loaded. It is expensive but it works as advertised. You get what you pay for. Only use enough cable to do the job. Do not place all the cable inside the pool. First use today and so far so good :)
Great Cleaner not the easiest to connect to Wifi but once this is done it works great
Leaf problem is now manageable I have a leaf problem with my pool. the previous Polaris 380 was good, but nowhere near as thorough as the Polaris 9650iq. The app lets you work the device remotely. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase.
Big upgrade from Kreepy Kraulie. Wish I had this 30 years ago. Really cleans well. Removes all debri, leaves, sand & algae on floor/walls.
