The equipment is easy to use and works great in the pool
Easy to set up, and easy to activate phone app. I’ve not been terribly impressed with phone apps in the past be it for a sprinkler system or swimming pool controls - usually hit or miss. So far the OQ+ has worked as advertised. Most important though is the robot does a really good job of cleaning, better than my last two Dolphins. Much better. Time will tell on reliability, but very happy so far
Cleans even large leaves off the bottom of the pool. Gets all the pool but like most cleaners struggles at the steps. But overall a great product.

I have used other brands in the past. The Polaris does a higher quality job climbing and cleaning the walls.
The machine works semi-well. It leaves spots of dirt every time and doesn't seem to "learn my pool." But, it is loads better than brushing myself so only 1 star subtracted for machine function. The issue comes with the app. I haven't been able to use the app since setup and trying to send feedback or support through the app creates error codes. I've tried trivial fixes but the issues seem to be on the coding side.
Machine works as advertised and initial setup was simple and easy!
Only used a couple of times, but so far so good! App is a nice addition so you don’t have to go to the unit to check in the status.
