I like our Alpha IQ+ it really cleans my pool and I especially like the that it picks up very fine particles. I just wish the basket was bigger so it could hold more leaves.

Nice product overall, but the cord tangles up too easily, and the phone app doesn't provide notifications or useful cleaning details, so I don't get alerted when the robot needs to be emptied, or other complications. The robot may have a high IQ, but the app has a very low IQ. It could provide many more features via the magic of thoughtful software.

We have a few tips to help with cord tangling. 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck in the sun to relieve coiled memory; 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool; 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location.
