This is my first experience with any pool robot. When I was doing my research the Polaris’s features were a step ahead of its competition and it did not miss a beat. My kids have named him Bob. This was everything I expected and more. Does a super cleaning job, easy to set up and use. Very quiet and works efficiently at its job. It was expensive but worth every penny. This has saved me so much work what a pleasure to use! It’s also fun to watch!

This is a really neat machine. Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. We recommend regular brushing of the steps (like you're already doing), and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool.
