I love the caddy and so far the vacuum. The joystick/remote isn’t the best. I do find it not very responsive.

Installation and use has been easy. The only couple of issues I have noticed are listed below and based on that I have given 4 to 4.5 stars. 1. Doesn't climb steps of our inground pool 2. Frow shallow to deep end, the slope is not scrubbed as I would expect, it seems like a thin layer of algae is always there 3. Debris mid water level or on top are not vacuumed, only bottom and walls. Overall I'm happy with it and recommend it.

Easy to use, works well, vacuums great, picks up small and large debris, debris canister easy to remove, clean and reinstall. The remote control is easy to use with your basic cleaning modes easily accessed.

It’s still early to comment on its reliability as I’ve had it for about a month only but in comparison with the 9550 Sports model that I owned before, the pros are: - The App is extremely useful to start a cleaning cycle from wherever you are (even if you are not on site) and get a temperature reading of the water as well which is quite convenient. - The added spot cleaning feature within the remote control section of the App is also handy when you have isolated areas in your pool where dirt collects.
