Love the easiness of this cleaner from the LIFT option to get out of the pool to the filter system that is easy to clean. No more contents spilling out when the robot is taken out of the pool. The caddy makes a world of difference bringing the robot to and from the pool. No more lugging or tangled cords. Smart phone/WIFI option is also nice to schedule cleaning

It is so easy - drop it in the pool and forget it. You take it out a few hours later and your work is done. Easy to clean also. This is so much better than vacuuming and it requires no special tools and no special expertise. And it does as good or better than vacuuming. I highly recommend it.

The alpha IQ+ does a great job cleaning the pool. My only issue is the full basket light comes on every time but the basket has very little debris in it.

It might be the case that the filter mesh is clogged with fine debris such as algae, silt, and/or salt that builds upon the inner mesh and restricts flow through the cleaner causing the bin full indicator. We recommend scrubbing the canister with a small brush or sponge and mild soap to eliminate buildup and then rinse the canister thoroughly with a hose. I left out warranty information when registering online. One of the representatives listened to my concern and easily added the extended warranty to my registration.

So far so good. have not been able to test out all of the features yet, but has performed excellent for the 2 times we have used it so far. Pretty easy to set up and start using right out of the box.
