The device is great and super easy. I however do not like the cable. It takes some getting use to. I would like it to be easy for the kids to store without me having to help. They always tangle the it up. Other than that I love it

The Polaris alpha iq + is one the best robotic pool cleaners for the money. It never gets stuck on the floor drain like many others do..

It's my first robotic cleaner and it does a really great job. The only thing I do notice is that once in a while if it goes backwards it dispels some of the bigger debris back onto the pool floor. Overall it's a great cleaner but I am not sure it is worth the steep price compared to other brands or models.

Great product. We really liked the anti-tangle cable and the big size basket which has been working well for small and big pieces in the pool. Does a good job scrubbing and cleaning the walls and the floor of the pool.
