The alpha IQ+ does a great job cleaning the pool. My only issue is the full basket light comes on every time but the basket has very little debris in it.

It might be the case that the filter mesh is clogged with fine debris such as algae, silt, and/or salt that builds upon the inner mesh and restricts flow through the cleaner causing the bin full indicator. We recommend scrubbing the canister with a small brush or sponge and mild soap to eliminate buildup and then rinse the canister thoroughly with a hose. I left out warranty information when registering online. One of the representatives listened to my concern and easily added the extended warranty to my registration.

So far so good. have not been able to test out all of the features yet, but has performed excellent for the 2 times we have used it so far. Pretty easy to set up and start using right out of the box.

The ALPHA IQ+ is oone of their top of the line Robotic Pool cleaners. It has the convenience of Bluetooth/Wifi app connectivity allowing control from anywhere. This was a major selling point for me since the pool is at our second home. It is also promoted as the best for cleaning walls, scumline, stairs, platforms etc. Here is where I cannot give it 5 stars.
