It's great not to have to deal with wires but I don't feel the vacuum is as strong as the wired Polaris it is replacing. It doesn't suck in all the debris (sand) that the old wired Polaris did. Also, not being able to use extension cords is a major hassle.

There is no assembly, a plus for me. Directions are easy to follow. Robot does a great job. Has a little trouble with my stairs, but that could be that my stairs are a little higher than standard. Having a phone app is if little use since it cannot connect in the water and to get it started you still have to pick it up so it’s just as easy to push the button on the device. I’m happy with my purchase and feel I paid a good price.
