The machine works very well except on steps and the tanning deck, where the water is too shallow. Also, I have not yet been able to connect to my phone.

Robotic cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t distinguish between the top of the pool and other surfaces. We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can remove it from the bottom or sides of the pool.
