The pool cleaner works fine, but the customer service is bad. I was supposed to receive a rebate after registration, but this never happened

Unfortunately I regret buying the MAXX suction cleaner. It has not done a great job clearing the dirt and leaves that make it to the bottom of my pool. It also tends to get stuck on the drains frequently. I hate to leave negative reviews but I would not recommend this model.
