Like the way the device works but within 3 uses several of the tabs securing the sweep to the rollers came undone. It took a few minutes to figure out what the problem actually was and how to fix it. The problem has not recurred.

Great vacuum. It gets stuck on bottom filter sometimes but other than that it does a good job.

I won't say that this cleaner is a waste of money. But I'm not very happy with the job it does. In a 90 minute cycle it only comes to shallow end of pool for less than 3 minutes. Seems to do a very good job on deep end. Track has fallen off 3 times,but its easy to put on. Probably should have done more research before purchasing instead of listening to sales person at Leslie's

Essentially, you should only allow enough cable into the pool to cover the furthest point from the cable entry location in the pool. Love this machine more than our old Dolphin cleaner. Sooooooo much better and waaaay Easy to clean!!!!

My 18 year old Dolphin Diagnostics finally had a major mechanical failure the handle had broken. Your unit was in stock and on sale at Leslies in Grandville MI. Recommended by an old neighbor whom also replaced his dolphin. My reaction was I should have done this 2 years ago!
