This is my third Polaris robotic pool cleaner. The previous two last approximately 2 to 3 years max. These robots are the only ones that pick up the leaves and small tree branches that drop into my pool. I opted not to spend the extra $500 for the one that can be controlled by the phone since I don't think the value was there for additional cost. It is t as good as I expected. The chord continues to get twisted and the pool is not as clean as previous vacuums have performed.

I have own it for a month, I like how it works but it misses the steps of the pool and that’s the only downside.

A suggestion that will improve pool coverage is to ensure the cleaner cable is entering the pool at the center of the length of the pool and that only the required amount of cable is allowed into the pool. Essentially, you should only allow enough cable into the pool to cover the furthest point from the cable entry location in the pool. Got my Polaris 825 way before I thought I would. Read the instructions which were very thorough and easy to follow. Plugged her in and Was very amazed of how well it cleaned and the speed. Glad I made the investment. I had a Polaris 360 Sport and I hope the 825 lasts.

I Love my Polaris!!!!! It’s easy to use and it cleans the entire pool quickly. It’s easy to clean and stores neatly on the stand. I would definitely recommend!!!!!
