Sent one and the wheels were broke. Talked to them about sending wheels didn’t get a good answer so I shipped back to them and had to reorder. Wouldn’t replace it or refund the Money until they got the other one back. So my money was tied up. When they got it back it toke weeks before they credited my credit card. My brother owns Peeler Pools. I have discussed the problem with him. You may have lost some business

It does a ok job of cleaning the pool. Seems to run on it's side a lot of the time.

Thank you for your review, Rebecca! We have a few tips for when your cleaner is running on its side: 1. Check the filter bag, if full it can weigh the cleaner down on one side. 2. Remove the head float and shake it. If there is water in the float, replace it with a new one. 3. Check the hose floats to make sure they are spaced evenly. 4. Verify the wheel RPMs are in range. 5.
