Overall very good cleaner. It has occasionally got stuck on steps but that had been a much worse problem with other cleaners. Does great job of picking debris

I am delighted with my new Polaris. It’s my second unit, replacing our old one which ran for more than 10 years. I didn’t consider any alternatives. It does it all: it vacuums, sweeps and scrubs the pool walls and floor. It automatically runs a few hours every morning, with nothing for us to do except empty the bag. We bought from an authorized Polaris dealer (Pace Pool &Spa) and there were two bonuses included: a second bag and the TailSweep Pro.

Great for cleaning medium/large debris. Has a problem with dirt/sand. Does not climb walls or steps well. Always leaves debris in the corners of pool. Very durable and easy to use.

We purchased a new Polaris cleaner, because our old one just wore out after several years. The new one works great, as did the old one when it was new.

we've been using polaris cleaners eversince we've had pools at all our homes. we recently upgraded to a newer one and its working great as expected. the rebate process for it was also easy and we got back $150 for the purchase through a debit card. thanks polaris!

The sweep works pretty well but does not climb our steps. Also, the foam pad on the tail does not last very long. It was worn down and gone in less than 3 months.

Cleaners have a difficult time with steps and benches, as they can’t tell if it’s the top of the pool. We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool.
