Great gadget My old Polaris 280 was in constant use for about 10 years. I did a lot of research on what pool cleaner to get when my old 280 started giving me problems. Guess what?! I went back to another Polaris 280 after all my research. Hoping to get 10 years out of this new one. I was able to make the connection to the pool and just drop in the new 280. Initially, it did tend to rise above the pool bottom and seemed to get stuck in one corner of the pool but over the next week or 2 it seamed to settle into a good cleaning... read more
Cleanse very reliably. Resisted Polaris for years. Very pleased with its performance and durability. Been several months. Miss the surface cleaning of my no longer available Phantom, however still very satisfied.
