First one I had last about 20 years. Did require a few rebuilds. If lasts as long I'll be very happy.
Does a fair job of picking up dirt and leaves ect. My only complaint is after a couple of weeks the bag developed a hole. The dealer ( A-1 pool in Yakima) replaced it at no cost.
This Polaris is great. It replaces an older one. This bad boys just crawls around and get any leave or dirt. Great purchase
Now that I have the correct size Polaris for my pool it is cleaning great and in a third of the time.
Really love our little Polaris Pool Cleaner. We have a lot of trees just outside our fence area and the wind blows in the leaves and pine needles. If they sink, this little guy picks them all up. Not to mention I am always amazed at how much dirt, sand and other small things are in it when I clean it out.
Certainly better than the 360 it replaced. Still has a tendency to wrap itself around it's hose.

We have had trouble with our previous cleaner getting stock on a corner and not cleaning well. This Polaris 280 is doing a great job. Our pool hasn't stayed this clean and shiny in years. Our Pool Service company recommended it as many of her clients use it too.
