There are a few common causes for hose tangling on pressure cleaners such as improper hose length or hose float positions, malfunction of the G52 back-up valve, retained hose memory, and temperatures below 60 degrees causing the hose to become stiff. Our Polaris died at the beginning of summer. After a few weeks we realized we couldn’t get thru the season without “tubby”. We purchased our nbr 2 and we are back in business. We loved ours so much we even named it.

Turn the screw clockwise to decrease the sweep motion, and counterclockwise to increase the sweep motion. We hope this tip helps!
