Very reliable. I had a Polaris 280 for over 5 years and switch to a new one recently. Typical or other pool cleaners are quite "pricy"; however, Polaris 280 Price vs Benefit ratio is a balanced trade off.
Very efficient. Cleans pool very well.

I had been a Creepy Krally and Barracuda user and spent all my time unplugging the head. The Polaris has been trouble free and has kept my pool immaculate without ever have to do anything but empty the bag when it gets full. It full coverage of the pool is amazing. I love to just watch it go.
