Too damn expensive for a bunch of plastic !!

Although I like the design of your products, you people are thieves when it comes to the prices you charge for any replacement parts that may be needed.
This is my second Polaris 280. It works just as well as my previous Polaris 280. The hose however is horrible. I must be home while the cleaner is running, to untangle the hose every 10 minutes. If I am not keeping an eye on the cleaner, the hose will tangle, the cleaner stops, and nothing gets cleaned. This problem existed in my previous Polaris 280.

There are a few common causes for hose tangling on pressure cleaners such as improper hose length or hose float positions, malfunction of the G52 back-up valve, retained hose memory, and temperatures below 60 degrees causing the hose to become stiff. It seems to get hung up in the same spot near the connection to the pool wall and cannot free itself without my intervention. Thus, it isn't always cleaning which is frustrating.
It is okay. Hoses continue to come apart. The connection adapters should be tighter. Also having to continually adjust the screen for direction purposes.
