    This is my second P 280 and I love them. The 1st one with maintenance lasted years. I have a 55,000-gal saltwater pool with lots of trees. Cover in the winter but the 280 does a fantastic job of keeping the pool clean even with a 12 ft deep end.

    Horrible service, I was on hold for over 45minutes, the first time. The second time I was on hold for 30minutes then I selected the call back option and never received a call.Absolutely horrible.

    Would not run. Pressure relief valve on the line was loose. Once tightened, it took off. Runs as it should now. Good.

    It got here soon enough, but slogged around the edge of the pool or didn't move at all from the get-go...My water pressure is fine. I won't send it back. I'll pay to have it checked out locally. Something's wrong.

    The unit didn’t work correctly from day 1. Piece of junk.

    Have been using a Polaris for years. This was a replacement. Works better than last one. My pool service charged me $695.00 plus tax yet I see it much lower on your site and Amazon. Model ( 280) How do I handle this?

    Brand new unit just installed April 2021. The hose frequent detaches from unit in multiple places, requiring me to re-attach. Tail discharge fitting broke off as well. Wheel came loose and fell off. Called customer service multiple times and never heard back. Terrible experience all around.
