Relief valve as part of kit allowed too much water to bypass Polaris, so had to use new Polaris with old relief valve. Contacted Custer support who said they would replace relief valve, then no response.

On start up, the pressure relief valve was opening up. I had to change it out to my old one to get the unit to run. After running for a short time, it started running on its side. Pulled it out and found the float head was full of water. Polaris (Fluidra) would not send replacement parts, so now I am having to take it to Leslie’s that is 1 1/2 hours away.
