    It floats a lot and too slow

To prevent the cleaner from floating, check the following: • Verify that the wheel RPM's are in range. • Ensure that the head float is not filled with water. • Try running the cleaner without the bag, and if it fixes the issue, then clean the bag with soap and warm water.     Worked well first 4/5 months. Then it began to get stuck in corners on one end repeatedly. 11th month it failed completely. Place I bought it said gears were stripped, and they repaired it free of charge. So far it works ok. Doesn’t climb walls well, and occasionally gets stuck.

    We have a warranty issue and it takes days for someone to get back to use and when they do the issue is still not resolved. Been going on for 2 weeks.

    service from the company for swift delivery was fine. This is my 2nd polaris and unfortunately i think they are only partially effective and some would call this type near junk. If you have steps into the pool, the polaris will get stalled out on them. It just doesnt do a great job of actually moving round & sweeping the pool. VERY disappointed for the cost of this equipment.

    the sweep arrived with a broken tail sweep stem which required returning the entire unit. The replacement was fine

    product (280) arrived damaged. The wheel was broken and I had to remove a wheel from an older model to replace the new wheel right out of the box. Damage to wheels is common as I've replaced at least 4 over the life of two units now. I raised the issue of the broken wheel with amazon and requested 1) a new wheel and 2) a small credit / refund to compensation my time. No follow up to date.
