Have been using a Polaris for years. This was a replacement. Works better than last one. My pool service charged me $695.00 plus tax yet I see it much lower on your site and Amazon. Model ( 280) How do I handle this?

Brand new unit just installed April 2021. The hose frequent detaches from unit in multiple places, requiring me to re-attach. Tail discharge fitting broke off as well. Wheel came loose and fell off. Called customer service multiple times and never heard back. Terrible experience all around.

The line is constantly tangling or getting caught, water spews out of the pool from it and has to be replaced. Lines constantly coming apart. I have never had as many problems until this unit.

We have used a Polaris 280 for 32 years in our concrete pool. Had to change parts over the years. Finally it was time for a new pool cleaner and there is still no better choice than the .280.So we got another one & sure enough, it works great

Works good, climes the pool walls, basket attachment instructions were difficult to follow, also installation video on web says rpm should be be 32-36, paper instructions say 28-32 Had to call to confirm

Be very wary of the "rebates" they offer. I purchased a vacuum and was told by the salesman that I could take advantage of the $200 rebate they were offering. I followed all of the instructions on the rebate and mailed it in to only get an email saying my purchase did not qualify. I requested a reason I did not qualify and still no response. I'm not sure if it's Polaris or the Salesman at Leslie's pool store that lied but be vary wary when dealing with either company.
