Works well to keep the pool clean. We have a stair railing that is anchored in the pool, and the pool sweep does get caught on that, so we intend to change the railing. Otherwise no problems.

I have an in-ground, gunite pool. Had it for 23 years. Started out on day one with the 280. I'm currently on my third one. Does an excellent job. I haven't vacuumed my pool in over 20 years!! I tried a robotic cleaner...couldn't hold a candle to my 280.

The 280 works so much better than the 360 which only lasted 4.5 years! These cost too much to only last that long. Hoping the 280 gives us more years than that

The Polaris Vac Sweep 280 works great, just you need to keep the bag clean weekly, so it does not till and keeps working fine.

The vacuum is good but in less than a week the bag got stuck in one of the vacuum wheels and it was ripped. I tried to get another bag but I couldn’t find the exact one. The one it had had a zipper and I only found the one with velcro. I prefer the zipper one.
