Polaris 260 Thus far the Polaris is working great. I have no complaints. It moves around the way it should and picks up the debris better than others I have had. The floor of the pool is so clean now, and I am very impressed.
It was working just fine.All of a sudden it stopped working and I noticed this crack on the joint. It did not even last the full 30 days so I was shocked and disappointed as I always had Polaris and this was the first time I am experiencing something like this.

Back saver! I had an old Polaris 360 that died of old age so I bought this one. It is WONDERFUL. My pool is sparkling clean.
Easy set up. Adjusted suction and works great. Clean pool. I was concern with the reviews. Did not have to deal with customer support so I have no opinion on that subject. Opened box, took off old unit from pool wall and plugged this one in. Watched for a minute or two and it was not riding flat on pool bottom. Adjusted suction/flow (silver screw on rear of unit) and began running like a charm. Was concerned it would not pick up dirt/ sand from our dogs that lay in pool on top step. This is a complete package Everything you need to place or replace a Polaris 280 in your pool. It has the wall conection, 3 section hose, hose filter, floaties, back up valve and finally the Polaris itself complete with bag. All you need to do is measure and cut the hose to length properly and hook it up or hire someone to do this for you. Great deal!!!
