Right out of the box had to take it to a pool store to get it reprogrammed!! Should have came set up to run correct from the start.

I bought the vac. Expensive, so far works great. Would be better if you included the tail fitting that keeps the vac from spraying outside the pool.

It's fine, but over 30+ years I've had to purchase a new one every ~5 years for various reasons. Wasn't bad enough for me to consider a different brand, but just accepted the subpar (in my view) lifespan. Sometimes I would have it tuned up, wheel rubbers replaced, bags, etc., but wear & tear always won the race. It was always something. The tail hose never seems to stay adjusted perfectly, and it always gets tangled up eventually.
