This is my second Polaris 280 and this one seems to be comparable with the last. Unfortunately, they both have a tendency to get stuck in certain areas of my pool. I tried every adjustment to the first one without any success; I’ll see how this one does. The first pool sweep that I had was a Letro Legend and it was much better.

I had my original Polaris for 17 years. I finally decided to purchase a new one. I'm glad I did. I hope I'll get 17 years out of this purchase.

Great service! I upgraded from an old tired 180. What a difference! Sure it picks up leaves but the amount of silt it picked up blew me away. I had to clean the bag 2-3 times a week to keep up.

Big improvement over my 20 year old 380 polaris sweep. its faster, less likely to get stuck in corners and cleans my pool in 1/2 the time that the old 380 was taking. Easy to install with no adjustments or fine tuning required.

I finally had to replace my 17 y/o Polaris 280. It always did well after an occasional tune-up at my local Leslie's Pool Supply store. The saleswoman tried to sell me an updated version, but I insisted on buying another 280. The new one works great and I'm very pleased with it's performance...!
