This new Polaris pole cleaner is the most amazing pool cleaner I’ve ever used. It is so easy to use and does such a great job. Our pool is literally spotless. What an amazing machine.

Bought my first one of these in '21. Outstanding service. The motor finally gave out. We use our pool a lot. I liked the no vacuum problems and super cleaning of the first one I bought another one just like it. Highly recommend if you want a tool that works vice a tool to work on..
Ordered from Leslie’s and vacuum arrived on time and was easy to assemble. I also ordered the fine mesh collector and this does an amazing job.

I gave this a 3 star. Reason being I purchased this for floor algae and sometimes Diatomaceous Earth gets on the bottom of the pool. I wish that I would have been informed that the unit comes with a filter designed for leaf pickup. I was informed after my purchase that they sell a micro filter for the unit. After spending $92.00 for a very fine filter my problem was solved. I wasn’t just circulating algae making it worse. The robot is great
Cleaner does a good job out of the box, but cleaning is improved after buying ultra fine filter. Not sure why both are not included at initial purchase.
Cleans well. Pretty thourough. Occasiinally gets stuck, tries to do steps and ledges, but cannot quite get them. Easy to clean. Would be nice to have a cover for the unit. The app is a bit wonky, but does get it up and out when called upon. The filter indicator is not very accurate, or displayes are a bit confusing from actual state of being dirty. Overall, it is much better than my previous battery operated units. Both failed within a few months of ownership. Courious to see how well this one performs over time.
