Their work was great and they are very professional! I have used the services of Pool Covers, Inc for about 20 years. I have two swimming pools that I built myself and always have them covered with an electric swimming pool cover because I have kids. I wasn't home when Pool Covers came to do the job but when I did get home they did exactly what they were supposed to do! They left no mess, took care of both pools and did a professional job! takes a long time to get out

Good service, they know their stuff! I've been working with Pool Covers for at least 10 years now. They're usually very responsive, and they come up with great solutions. The only thing they could improve is their communication. I've contacted them a few times for a custom spa cover, and they haven't gotten back to me, so they are leaving business on the table, Overall, though, the employees do a very good job and I'm very satisfied.

Friendly, efficient, and excellent work. I have had a good experience with Pool Covers, Inc. I have purchased three pool covers from their company. Their technicians are friendly, arrive on-time, and do the necessary work. The most recent installation has had the best results. One of the pool covers was installed a bit crookedly in the past which resulted in it sagging, but the new cover was installed perfectly. I would highly recommend their service.

Great Service. I have had two pool covers for 21 years and get them serviced about once every two years. The old company that serviced them wasn't very good until Pool Covers Inc. bought them. Now each time Pool Covers Inc. sends out somebody to service the covers, they know exactly what they are doing. They arrive on time, finish the job in an expeditious manner, and clean up afterwards. I have no complaints about the services I've received from them.

Outstanding Customer Service. Lee from Pool Covers, Inc gave outstanding customer service. Lee was very knowledgeable and solved a complex problem I was having with my pool system. The issue was with a lion fountainhead that was supposed to spit water into the pool. No one could find where the electrical connections were to turn it on or off. I've had the guys at Pool Covers, Inc. out twice to work on the cover to my pool and find them to be very accommodating. They clean out the little rocks and get everything working really well.

Great Covers, Difficult Schedule. The service and service technician from Pool Covers, Inc. were excellent. The pool cover works great, and the only reason they lost one star was because of how hard it is to work with their schedule! They will tell you what day they are coming but don't narrow down the time window until something like the day before. It can be hard to bend to their needs (especially if you have a job...), but the product is great!

Prompt and Efficient. We had Pool Covers Inc. install an energy efficient pool cover on our outdoor pool. Because of the drought it has become more and more necessary for us to look after the water in the pool and make sure that we don't any of that precious resource.
