best response time ,every time. I was shopping before finding pool covers inc , when I found them the service and excellent customer communication from the 1st phone call until the last cover install , has been as close to great as you could ask for , recently we had a fire and lost all ,Pool covers has responded to my needs ever so graciously and they will be installing my 3rd cover

They are absolutely great. They are a customer oriented company. They had installed the cover for the previous owner on the house we purchased. I don't think the previous owner had taken good care of it, and when I found the receipt I gave them a call. They came out and cleaned, adjusted, and explained to us that like anything unless you know what you're doing you need to pay to have it maintained. Really worked with me on a large spa cover that was light-weight. Pool Covers, Inc. came back and fixed something that was not to our satisfaction and that is important to me. We have a rather large spa and they made a cover for it that fit, but it was hard to lift easily because the spa is large so the cover was heavy. They continued to work for me until there was a final product I was satisfied with. I appreciate their efforts and am satisfied with the final cover.

Great Experience. I have an unusual situation, I am a property manager for eleven vacation homes. I do a lot of business with them. After I had talked to them a bit, I met them at their office. I rent high-end vacation homes to clients, and they need everything to work perfectly. Good service. Could improve communications. It can be frustrating sometimes because it seems like communication is not very good in their company. Sometimes it takes multiple request to get things done. I think Pool Covers, Inc. does a great job when they are out their, but they could improve customer service and communication.

No complaints, courteous, reasonable in their pricing. Pool Covers are very professional, and always on time for repairs. They came the same day when I needed my pool closed for security. The workmen were professional and courteous. The field rep helped me get a new cover and motor, he was also very professional. I like their business, I have been with them since I got my pool.

Amazing. It was an amazing experience. Pool Covers, Inc. had to customize a lot of the panels around a kidney shaped pool and up along a retaining wall. They did a good job. Both workers were polite, respectful, and hard working. They never stopped working while they were here. They got here at 9 am, completed the job at 7 pm, and were just a pleasure to work with.

Very satisfying, fully professional. Pool Covers Inc. indicated to me what they would do, they did it in a timely fashion, and charged what they said they would charge. They also came up with some new packages, I used to have to pay in the spring but they changed that to spread things out. They are very sensitive to find new ways to please the customer.
