Pool Covers were timely and called back. They job they did was very good. They replaced the motor for our pool cover and replaced the bar that helps the cover roll that had been deteriorated. The technician friendly, professional and answered my questions.

Very satisfactory experience. I'm very happy with the work Pool Covers, Inc. did for me. They made the process of getting a pool cover very easy. I called them once, and someone showed up to give me a bid. He called me back three days later to give me a potential date, and another three days later they came out and installed the pool cover without any problems or hitches. Product and Installation OK, but Service is terrible. I am on my 2nd pool cover from Pool Covers Inc. The first lasted almost 7 years, with moderate opening and closing use, so I was not thrilled, but then again I don't have any independent basis of comparison. Both first and 2nd cover were installed ok and everything worked ok. BUT, beware if you need anything. I went through this three times so I think I am entitled to judging. Very professional and expedient. They are open to listening to problems and solving them. We hired Pool Covers, Inc. roughly 2 years ago to put a pool cover on with an existing frame. It was operating okay until 6 months into it. It became harder for the cover to be drawn back and forth, and it became brittle. A leak showed up in a little less than a year. Pretty Good. Pool Covers Inc. is great. The service was outstanding and the guys that came out and put the cover on were fantastic. We had the last pool cover on for a long time, and we recently had it replaced since the tarp gets worn out. It's a bit expensive for what it is, but the tarp is good quality.

Pool Covers installed the cover a year ago and afterwards, contacted me for maintenance so he came right out. I had a couple of loose screw and, without me telling them, they fixed that and did a great job.
