I was happy with what Pool Covers, Inc. did and the pool cover. They came out, and the tech was a good guy who got the work done and threw in a few extras. I was happy with the experience.
It was cool. They were professional. They came out, installed the pool cover quickly, and everything's working fine. Pretty much, they did their job!
Efficient, fantastic service we've used for 20+ years. I have used them since 1989 and then they have always responded quickly and efficiently. This last time I had a problem with my skimmer and they had to move the tracks for my cover and they had to shift the cover about an inch over and they did it fantastically. They are reasonably priced and efficient. I have always had good people come out and I only had to wait once in 1989 after the big earth quake-just like everyone else.
Pool Covers, Inc. did a really large job for me and they handled it quite well. The quality was wonderful. There was a slight problem that I had but they came in to fix it with no extra cost. Everything they did was good.
Reliable service from them for 14 years. I have been using Pool Covers for about 14 years now, since they first installed my pool cover. They come out and check on it every year to repair any weathering and are very reliable. These guys were great. Pool Covers, Inc. have been out to my house several times. They installed the covers and were fantastic. In fact, I'm going to have them put in a new one here soon. They were on time, courteous, and they just get it done.
The installer from Pool Covers Inc. was very qualified and went out of his way to make the experience 100 to my satisfaction. Their business people were cooperative and responsive.
No hesitation in recommending them! The people at Pool Covers, Inc. have come every time I've called. They responded promptly and appropriately with any issues I've had, and have resolved them. The other thing I liked about Pool Covers, Inc. was that they could have replaced some things but they didn't do it because it would have cost me more money. They weren't trying to change out for the sake of changing out. I'd recommend Pool Covers, Inc. I have no hesitation in recommending them!
