They are ALL owners & a real LIVE person answers the phone.!!! I have done business with this company for over 25 years with 3 different swimming pools.I lived in San Rafael back in the 80's when my children were young & the founder of the company sold me my first safety cover. Pool Covers, Inc. is an exceptional company, and really go above and beyond what's expected of them. I'm a swimming pool contractor, and Pool Covers, Inc. is the only company I work with. They are a responsible company and if there's ever a question of a cover not operating correctly, they will be there to fix it quickly. Pool Covers, Inc. saves you money by keeping water in pool and keeping the water warm. Honestly, they aren't too shabby to look at either. Check them out! I have always been happy with Pool Covers, Inc. Whenever I call, they are really responsive and nice over the phone. They are so easy to schedule with too. They always try to accommodate their customers's schedules and are willing to work around you. They always provide really good service. I highly recommend them.

Reliable, great service. We've stayed with them for 15 years. We have been using Pool Covers, Inc. for 15 years. Great follow through. The main thing I like about Pool Covers is their follow through. That is why I use them. Other companies might have similar products and similar services, but Pool Covers really has great follow through. I think that is why they are doing well. I am a contractor, so I have used them routinely for a long time, maybe 20 years. I think they are personable and easy to work with.

Everything you want in a pool cover company. Pool Covers came out, measured our pool, and came with optional quotes and a variety of different solutions. They met all of our needs. Poor Customer Service!!! I am writing to review the service that I've received from US Covers, Cover US, Be-Lite, Aluminum Pool Covers, or Pool Covers Inc. (Seems like they have many names which in and of itself is suspicious!)
