While I know delays in parts that were ordered is not the fault of the shop I was frustrated with communicating this to me. For 5 weeks I had to call weekly to find out there would be another delay. 0 Star : My Experience Initial time for repair was stated as three days. This estimate was subsequently extended to five days. Given the fact that no true bodywork was required, I felt the time of repair was excessive.

The tailgate which is new has a line on the inside edge that isn't painted and its starting to rust where there isn't any paint. There was an existing rust spot in the fender which I was told would be fixed. It wasn't, and it is still rusty.
