Warranty letter and oil change. tire rotation I work with Don Blackmer and have done so for several years. He is always professional and makes sure I understand what work will be done and when the vehicle will be ready for pick up. The Preferred facilities are very nice and the people are friendly.

Five Star Customer Service I came into contact with Michael Schanda when looking for a very specific 2017 F150. I had been in contact with 6 other dealers from Pittsburgh to Georgia and searched for my truck for nearly 2 months. Mike took the time to review the value differential between new and used and XLT vs Lariat packages. Leased 2018 F150 Found Taylor Henkel at Preferred Ford very help full in locating a new truck and working with me in arranging aftermarket leather interior change. Also was great full for pairing new cell phones to both truck and wife's Explorer.

Love my new Ford Escape! I honestly was not seriously looking for a new SUV, however Dennis Harjer encouraged me to test drive a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium. I have always loved my Honda CRV but once I drove around the block in the Escape I was sold!! I love the heated steering wheel and seats, the hands-free motion sensor for the back hatch and a technology package that is more than I could ever need!
