Loved working with Jerry and Jazmyne! This is our third purchase from this dealer. Thought we'd look elsewhere first just to get a feel for what's out there. Not satisfied with anything else we looked at. With the exception of one other dealership, we did not have a positive experience while shopping for a new vehicle. The quality of Ford products is excellent and, once again, the great service from the people at this dealership is outstanding!!
Service Team The service team is awesome! They actually hear what I am saying to them and take steps to take care of the issue at hand. Don also the guys take care of a recall issue even though that was not the reason for being there in the first place. Thanks for actually doing the work at the appointed time and getting me back on the road.
Great Job As always, I found the staff in the service department both helpful and pleasant. They did a great job and it was done in a timely fashion. I will continue to bring my Edge back to this dealership even though i live in another city.
Service on our Flex We have had our Flex in a couple times recently, new tires & then an alignment & oil change. Don worked with us both times & he is very friendly & helpful. He is willing to go over & above average customer care to make sure we were taken care of. Abe has also helped us in the past & the same goes for him. We are very happy with Preferred Ford Service.
Fair assessment! Even though not a Ford product, I take my wife’s old Dodge Caravan in for service also. Unfortunately this time, due to the car’s age and repairs needed, decided to forgo repairs and just retire it. But will definitely be back again as our situation warrants.
Service Department Don and the Service crew were great as usual. Prompt and courteous service and everything done perfectly. Preferred Ford is the only service we use.
MKX Recall After being extremely disappointed by other dealers when attempting to get a recall taken care of, finally directed to Preferred. Just so thankful for their timely, professional help!!!
