Great car shopping experience at Preferred Ford !! We worked with Mike Moncada while looking for a used vehicle. Our whole experience was positive from the moment we drove on the lot! Very friendly,helpful,not pushy, informative and if he did'nt know an answer to something he made sure to get an answer for us. Mike in financing was was great to work with as well! Recall service They finished quicker than anticipated. They were very helpful and nice. The waiting room was clean and I enjoyed the fireplace and coffee. I have never been treated badly at this establishment. Good place to go.

Maintenance on my Explorer The Works package is a very good value for my explorer. I have limited time to wait and they typically finish the job within the 1 hour time promised.

Jake P I had an amazing experience at Preferred Ford when I came to trade in my car and purchase a new car. I worked with John and he was amazing. I felt informed and prepared to make a decision. In fact, they made it so easy and prepared me so well, I was able to come in and walk away with a vehicle the same day! As if it wasn't enough, they were very accomodating in that they stayed after hours to help me through the sale process.

john sweeny I worked with John Sweeny on buying or leasing a ford 150. John contacted me as my brother told him I was thinking of buying a new truck. I received info on yahoo mail and I contacted him. What a great guy to deal with what a pro. I would recommend him to anybody. I ended up getting a truck from him what a good guy to work with. Oil Change I was able to schedule my oil change online, they greeted me by name and provided a comfortable waiting area while my car was worked on. It was done quickly and they even provided a free car wash.
