Tire issue Awesome team at Preferred Ford GH! They had assessed my tire and realized there was an issue with it and were able to repair it immediately. Only negative- I have a latex allergy and had a reaction just in the service area due to the tires on display. I waited outside and was provided a chair when I requested it. I could not visit the new car showroom either because of all the balloons. In the near future I will be looking for a new car, and will have to find a dealer who can accommodate my needs.

Quality service done in a timely manner. Each time I have my car serviced at Preferred Ford, I am greeted warmly. Repairs are completed in a reasonable amount of time, and any issues that arise are dealt with fairly.

First Time at Preferred We had a specific vehicle we had our eye on at Preferred. The vehicle was easy to find on the lot and the Sales guy, Taylor, was nearby. Test drove the vehicle and noticed some minor issues. The dealership agreed to fix those issues before we purchased. Very friendly and willing to work with you.

2018 ford 150 4x4 excellent service for my first visit at service department 5000 mile checkup which included my first oil change and a recall on trans link. service was great and I am very happy with my truck.

10,000 Mile Service for Ford 2016 Edge I took my 2016 Ford Edge in for its routine servicing. I did not have any problems, or issues, with the service department. In fact, everything when as planned.
