John Sullivan acted quickly and had all the info finished via the phone and e-mail in 8hrs after our first contact. One day later, I drove my trade in 3hrs to their dealership, took a test drive, sealed the deal, arranged financing and paper work, all in under 2 hrs. Certified Pre-Owned Purchase I worked the Josh Canon, Sales Consultant with Preferred Ford. Josh, was absolutely fantastic. I would buy from him again. He did not pressure us, he made us feel very important, and made the test drive and sales process very fun. The Sales manager was very nice also. We had a lease that we had to turn in, and they took care of everything for us. The overall dealership was very clean and nice. The finance manager was very nice also. service dept As Luck would gave it, Both vehicles needed service on the same day. One phone call does it all. I called, we brouyght one in at 8 am, the other at 11 am, and by noon, we were both back in our vehicles, and our Servive Mgrs, Abe, Ron, Donny and Matt, took care of everything. On time, On Budget, and all with a smile. The really cool part, is that I really do believe, its the best service dept around. Go Team Blue at Preferred Ford!
