Worth The Drive Looking for a new truck to tow an R/V. Ran across an ad for exactly what we were looking for and called them on a Friday afternoon. They held the truck for us until Sat. noon. We drove from Cleveland to Grand View and returned home with our new truck. One of the easiest and most pleasant experiences in a long time. This is how customer service is meant to be. Kudos.

Great service! Left car in their lot on a Sunday night for repairs on transmission. Monday afternoon the car was all done and no charge due to being on warranty yet. Didn't expect any work done on Monday since we did not have an appointment. Was surprised that they repaired so quickly. Thanks Preferred Ford!

Great place! I came in to look at a truck. Had financing already taken care of. Decided to buy one of the used trucks in the lot. They gave me a great price on my trade in, was quick to reach a deal, no games of going back and forth 6 or 8 times. Wanted some minor things repaired on the truck so I left the truck overnight and returned to get it the next day. All repairs where done right. Great service Went in for "The Works" oil change and tire rotation. Don, service advisor, was very welcoming and knew exactly what I was there for since I made an appointment earlier that same day. Service was performed in less than an hour. Waiting room is very comfortable with WiFi and cable TV while I waited for service to be completed.
