Vehicle Purchase We have been going to Preferred Ford of Grand Haven for a few years and have been very pleased with them. We have purchased two vehicles from them and have been very happy with both experiences. 2020 Ford Explorer Great experience. I didn't feel like there was information being left out when purchasing. After buying my car, the salesman Chris Swan followed up a few times making sure I knew all the "in's-and-outs" of the features and offered to help if I needed it.
