Front end allignment Brought my car in for an alignment. Waited in the customer wait area. Good seating. Water available. Plenty of magazines to read. My car was taken to the repair shop shortly after I arrived. Waited for it to get done and was notified promptly that it was ready. The car drove better after being fixed.
Oil change Service department gets my vehicle in quickly when I’ve needed repairs. Friendly staff that is always pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend this dealership.
Ford Customer Everything went very well. I appreciated how quickly the entire procedure. Abe, the customer service man, was very professional and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about the work that needed to done. The entire process was a good experience.

Awesome customer service Great customer service , but Ford's computers were down so it took 5 1/2 hrs to buy a car. The sales guy Sebastian was AWESOME. I love the car though.
