Hi Josie! Thank you for your kind words! We're glad to hear that Chad provided knowledgeable, professional, and courteous service. It's great to know you felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the inspection! Wes and Kristy Mast, Owners
Chad was great. Definitely request him as he was previously a builder in the area. Fast, thorough, and also gave me recommendations on changes he'd recommend (added GFCI's in upstairs bathrooms, insta hot replacement of water heater when needed, etc). He also walked be through a lot of what was what and how to care for it (shocking the well, septic dos/donts, etc) that I didn't know since I'm a first time home owner with a property that has a well & septic vs city water. Highly recommended Chad!
I just had a home inspected by these guys. There were on time, thorough, very professional and reasonable as far as rate. I'll definitely use them again. Thank you for your work. J.
To schedule our inspection was just a quick and simple phone call. We were kept up to date on the appointment time and the process. After the inspection we got a one on one phone call with the inspector to explain what was found. Chad was very knowledgeable and explained in detail in order to make sure we understood the findings.
Joe was very professional and friendly. He answered every question I had and explained some things that would not interfere with the sale, but I would want to take care of as the new homeowner. Highly recommend!
The tech was excellent and explained things. Let us know what was urgent. Friendly yet very professional. Iceoukd 200% Recommend them.
We had our very first home inspection on Saturday 6/22/24. We were very nervous and unsure of the process. However, from the second we met Chad and began the inspection, we were at ease and made excited! Chad not only walked us through everything that was taking place, but also educated us along the way. He left no question unanswered, gave incredible attention to detail, and brought humor to boot! We could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend Pro-spect and Chad to everyone. You will not be disappointed... read more
Great staff from the person handling our initial call to the person who inspected our future home. They made the whole process seamless
