We were referred to pro-spect by our real estate agent, because we had a tight window to get an inspection done and provide a response to the seller. The scheduling process was a breeze, and they were easily coordinating with our agent's office or with me. Our inspector was Bryan, and he was both knowledgeable and personable. Great guy! For the price charged, the inspection was prompt, VERY thorough, the report was massive yet super easy to read, and delivered even faster than I expected. Great value. Jeremy was very informative throughout the inspection process and was patient with us and all our questions since we are first time home buyers. Definitely recommend using this company for any home inspection needs.
We had Jeremy do a house inspection. he was absolutely professional and was amazing. he knew everything and was very thorough with the inspection. I highly recommend them and I highly recommend Jeremy to do the inspection.
As a realtor, Jeremy and the ComfortSpec team not only help clients understand the current state of the home they are buying, they help the clients understand the systems that are in place. He took time to both inspect and explain.
The staff at ComfortSpec were prompt, courteous and professional. The office staff follows through quickly once they are contacted and continually during the inspection process. Joe W. was personable and explained his findings while on site. Joe found major issues and concerns that I would not have uncovered if I waived an inspection. I requested ComfortSpec to return to the site and conduct a re-inspection of items that were beyond my expertise to evaluate once repaired. It was done so without complaint and the final repor... read more
We had the pleasure of having Chad from the Brodheadsville location do our inspection . He was incredibly thorough, provided us with very valuable education/information on what he was looking at and how we needed to maintain or address something and was patient with all our questions . We never had a well or septic system and he took the time to explain what we were working with and how we had to maintain it . I would definitely recommend requesting CHAD when calling for an appointment. He's also lived in the area his who... read more
I had a full home inspection performed as a potential buyer. The home inspector was promptly there on time, very courteous and he methodically went through inside and outside of home. He was very helpful explaining when I had questions, very knowledgeable on all systems and inspections. I would have rated 5 stars but there were a few issues he did not notice. Once I pointed out what I saw he would discuss with me and document accordingly if it was an issue. I really appreciate the time he took to explain the Rural PA systems... read more
My husband and I were looking to purchase a home and we had ComfortSpec come out for our home inspection. Their staff was professional and friendly, they answered all of our questions and shared a wealth of information. It was easy to understand and we felt confident in knowing more about the home when they were done. I highly recommend this professional and friendly service to anyone looking for a home inspection
Vincent and Angel from ComfortSpec were extremely professional and friendly. I felt like I was in the presence of true experts! They quickly and thoroughly explained all their findings and gave me comfort that I would have all the information I needed for the property I was evaluating. Vincent showed me all the pictures he took and carefully explained what he saw. There were many items I just didn't see, yet he pointed them out to me and my agent. I highly recommend ComfortSpec, and be sure to ask for Vincent!
