We had an inspection today on our first home purchase! Joe was so kind in helping us understand what an inspection was for, different things about the house, and took the time to make sure we really understood what he was talking about. Comfort Spec was very quick getting in touch with me after my online request and followed up to make sure I was ready and confirmed for my appointment. The woman who called to make my appointment was also patient with my lack of knowing anything about an inspection. I really appreciated the... read more
ComfortSpec recently did a home inspection for us on a home we are considering. Aaron the inspector was very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked the home from top to bottom explaining things he was doing to as he worked. He spotted many things I did not see. A comprehensive report was supplied the next day. My wife and I are very pleased with ComfortSpec and the service provided. We are happy to recommend them and will certainly use them in the future when needed.
From the first phone call to set up our appointment through receiving the inspection report, we could not have received better service anywhere else. ComfortSpec was recommended to us by our realtor to complete a housing inspection. They were able to offer appointments as quickly as the next day and even on the weekend. My husband and I both attended the inspection with Joe who was knowledgable, detail orientated, and extremely patient with our first-time-homebuyer's questions. We received a thorough (36 page) report, with ... read more
We had a home inspection done with Chris Sellare and we couldn't be happier with his work. He was meticulous about checking every single detail not to mention the turn around on getting the report was incredibly fast. We will definitely be using ComfortSpec again as we continue our journey to buying a home. Thanks again! Claudia and Alex
ComfortSpec has fantastic customer support and are thorough and quick to respond to questions or concerns about all aspects of the inspection process. I did feel that the inspector went through the home too quickly, but he did cover all the home's features and I'm very trusting and comfortable with the analysis and report he completed. The inspector was very prompt and friendly. He also answered all of our questions thoroughly, which was great since we were first-time home buyers with little experience! Thanks so much Comfor... read more
I chose Craig as my Inspector. He was at the house early and had started prior to me getting there. I arrived and he politely greeted me and immediately started explaining what he was doing and showed me in depth, the what, where, and why of each step. He did not hesitate to go high or crawl low. He got wet, dirty, (probably smelly) without hesitation. No stone was left unturned. He uncovered two large potential issues that would have been disastrous if we bought the house prior. 5 stars. Will definitely call again for any n... read more
Very impressed with ComfortSpec & Inspector Dan Laws. So I'm moving from North New Jersey to East Stroudsburg PA and have no clue about PA, septic, wells, or anything about a home. I am a first time homebuyer and when my offer got accepted I had no home inspector company lined up. I searched on google and yelp and read reviews and finally picked ComfortSpec. I called another company and they were much higher in the area and willing to price match but Maggie and Krista (ComfortSpec) were so nice and explained everything that ... read more
Wonderful experience. These guys are top notch. I got a phone call taking me through all of the problems with my purchase same day. I ended up pulling out of the home.
When we were buying our home and looking for inspection companies, we came across many names. We chose Comfort Spec because of the professionalism and courtesy they had via telephone and email. And we were superhappy with their service. Two guys came out and spent a better part of the day checking out the house. They did mold& radon testing too. The detailed report came back quickly and gave us valuable information. I would refer them in a heartbeat.
