She had been there an hour already and stayed for another hour while we were there. Kathlynn was VERY informative. She answered all our questions and helped us better understand what the inspection consisted of. She expressed her level of concerns and was honest with what she discovered. ComfortSpec was prompt, reliable, and thorough. Jose was extremely helpful explaining his findings and, more importantly, putting things in perspective, thus making the whole process much less scary. Thank you.

We used ComfortSpec for an home inspection for a property we were interested in purchasing in the Poconos. Jose was fantastic & super helpful. The office staff was also very on top of things & patient with my calls and emails.

Super quick turnaround. Really detailed report and the entire process went very smoothly. We weren't even present during the inspection (out of town) and felt very comfortable with the results. Very knowledgeable.

They were on time, professional, and friendly. My review may be partially skewed because my father (master carpenter and in the construction restoration business) was also there. I felt the team picked up on most things. My dad did suspect a chimney had 2 flus- which was later confirmed (it was relevant to another finding.) overall, If I had no expert family member to depend on, I feel I would have overall had a really good handle on things. I would recommend!
