Home inspection done prior to home purchase. Able to get appointment quickly. Thorough inspection done, very professional and thorough.
They were on time, provided extras for measuring rooms, coupons, temp chairs for use. Thorough evaluation with pictures.
Great service, very professional. Bryan (the inspector) was on site early and did a very thorough check of the house. Came to me with information frequently while inspecting the house over. Even called me the next day with extra information regarding an issue we found. Would definitely recommend!
Bryan came out and did a great job. Was very thorough and took the time to answer all my questions.
Chad performed our inspection and his knowledge was amazing. He not only was thorough, he was a general contractor at one point and could tell us what was actually an issue vs what was a suggestion or not an immediate concern. He really put our mind at ease before a major purchase. I definitely recommend them for their comprehensive knowledge of the area and thorough inspection. It is well worth the money to be sure that the investment you're making is sound.
Bryan was GREAT! I don't know anything about houses.. not a handy-man at all.. Bryan showed up on time.. answered my milliions of questions with patience made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I wanted... it was a rainy day but Bryan still showed up early. I just received the report... detailed...has pictures.. easy to understand. IF this deal does not go thru with the seller of the house I am interested in I will definitely hire Bryan for my next house inspection... hopefully this one goes thru.. with this hom... read more
We've had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jonathan for our inspection. Upon meeting, he went through and explained the inspection process thoroughly. We were able to navigate around the home starting from the outside and then continued our way inside from top down. He's very knowledgeable and detailed every step of the inspection and things that we looked at each room and area together As we walked around the house with him, he was able to answer all of the questions that we had w.r.t. things that we're unsure abou... read more
We had a home inspection with Jeremy for a home we plan on using as a short-term rental and he was SO helpful. He was very thorough and spent almost two hours with us walking through the entire house and identified issues that we hadn't noticed. Would use him again and highly recommend him!
Joe was amazing. Extremely professional and let us know what was going on as he saw it. Unfortunately we couldn't complete the inspection all in one go bc the power was off and we didnt have any oil to test the furnace. Testing that next. Appreciate the quick ability to schedule us
