Customer service experience on the phone was lackluster, but Ernest and Ken were awesome! They quickly assessed issue and had it fixed in no time. They saved the day!

Memorial day did not stop Joseph or the Progress team from fixing our air conditioner! Joseph arrived within the time frame I was told and was polite and courteous as usual!

When I moved in on 6/8/17 the house was "move-in ready". After the first night I contacted resident services with 6 issues, 4 have been resolved one was a bandage fix. Most of the communication with this issues were very good but 2 issues have had poor communication or no communication at all.
