They were on time, very courteous and answered all of my questions. I had a question after they had left and was connected to Nick who did the work today, I really appreciated being able to talk to the person who had done the work. Used Proline a couple of years ago for a sink installation. We were really happy with them, that's why we went with them again.

Chris and his team arrived at the time estimated, he was highly knowledgeable about my emergency plumbing situation and solved my problem in a matter of minutes and the price was reasonable. If you have an emergency plumbing situation these are definitely the people to call.

Great job on my emergency service on Memorial Day where sewage was literally exploding out of my basement at high pressure due to a line clog and my sump pump. It was expensive but not unfair-- considering it was a holiday and they came out immediately. I would like to use this company to descale my line, but I'm broke now. :(

Our first dishwasher started acting up about a month ago and we needed a plumber to assess why it was not draining like it should. After all the home remedy suggested fixes, we finally called Proline Plumbing. Tristan was timely and their service was great. Ironically the dishwasher decided to perform perfectly while they were here, but having them here helped to highlight where our Frigidaire dishwasher was at and if things went bad again what our options would be for replacement and installment and disposal of old dishwash... read more

There is absolutely nothing about an "emergency" plumber that does not scream expensive. When an exterior pipe broke and flooded water, we went online, found Proline, and called. Tyrone was gracious. He was upfront with his assessment and forthright about the cost. He was also a genuinely nice guy. Look, it was an expensive fix. There is no way around it. Tyrone was someone who made such a wallet-shocking experience okay. Thanks, Tyrone.

We had an excellent experience with our plumber--professional, punctual, and highly skilled. The toilet installation was completed flawlessly, with great attention to detail. Exceptional service and efficiency. We highly recommend their expertise!
