This is my 2nd time using Proline Plumbing. I'm so happy they replaced the garbage disposal, changed the kitchen faucet, and leaked pipe, and cleaned the kitchen sink drain line. Good service and quality work!

******, and his team were absolute pros! I needed a really creative solution troubleshooting what was causing a leak from our main bathroom into our basement. Its a tight space and hard to see. It was so encouraging for both of them to take their time and be patient ****** was determined not to leave until we located the source of the problem and we did!It was nice to hear a couple suggestions on quickfix solutions that do not require a repair. Proline plumbing is a great company through and through! *******, **, ******, and **** were very knowledgeable and hard working, we are so grateful to have had them as our plumbers; they did a great job and are a terrific asset to the company! Proline was great in getting a technician to come out in a timely manner and maintain their cool when I was a little stressed about not being on-site when the technician came early. **** and his partner came to help troubleshoot my issue, the cause of which wasn't very clearcut - but, he was able to provide a couple of appropriate solutions and pros/cons of each, all while being friendly and approachable. I anticipate needing more related work in the future and will be reaching out to them again once that time comes.

******* was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He identified the issue relatively quickly, was transparent about the solution, process, and price. Completed the work to our satisfaction and cleaned up everything when he was finished. He was even kind enough to answer some questions for us, directly and tangentially, related to the work done.

We have a 110 year old house in ***********, prone to plumbing issues. In the past three years, we've had two major sewer plugs which Proline has repaired quickly and competently. Both required excavation, replacement of faulty parts in the line, and backfill. It's not likely that we'll have such problems again, but if we did, we'd certainly call them back!
