Beyond pleased with the weekend availability and Dustin's service. Worth the cost and peace of mind to open up the ceiling and ensure his initial diagnosis was correct and there wasn't anything hidden. Will use again - hopefully for a project that is not a weekend leak emergency!

Dustin helped me locate the main water shut off valve in my basement. He showed me how to "bleed" the water lines to prevent pipes from bursting during freezing weather. He recommended installing quarter turn valves to facilitate water shut off. Dustin is very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He provided a fair estimate for the job.

I had a laundry list of things to repair when the lovely technician from Proline arrived, Tristan. He went around the house assessing everything, advised me on what to do and not to do on the list and then he got to work. He was fast and the quality of his work is excellent. Value was good.

We had a pipe break under our kitchen sink and Victor amd Hiristo handled it quickly and professionally. It was a huge relief to have that problem solved and in such a timely manner. Thanks to all at Proline! We're going on 8 years of using them for all our plumbing issues.
