To be succinct. They overcharged me, $2400 for a small job, which is verified by other plumber who I had to hire to redo their work, charged me for the same thing at $850. When I called Proline to come back out to fix it correctly, they said, they won't and they don't warrant their work. Fair warning, don't use them.
Fulling taking advantage of customers. Don't do business with them.
Unhappy with work done. Proline changed my bathroom faucet with one I had ordered. After he left, it leaked from the pop up assembly below the sink. I called them back and technician said it is because the pop up assembly that came with the faucet is plastic. The previous one I had was chrome. Technician had not offered or discussed with me the option of staying with chrome which according to tech is superior nor did he offer to switch it to a stainless steel one that they supply. BEWARE!! Get a quote first!! Be prepared to be misdiagnosed and overcharged! I had Pro-Line come to fix a hot water heater and a leaky pipe connection. This took less than 2 hours and I was charged $953 with no parts used. As **** was leaving I noticed he had broken a piece of trim on my door and I asked him to repair it which he was not happy about and he then reinstalled it upside down.
