Had Proline come out to check out a few issues that we had and they resolved them in a timely manner. Special shout-out to Ashley in the office for being patient with us when we had questions about the work being done and Chris who was extra thorough! We really appreciate the whole team at Proline and will definitely be using them in the future for any of our plumbing needs!

I highly recommend Proline Plumbing, with a special emphasis on Chris' excellent service. The level of professionalism, timeliness, and amazing communication with Proline was stress free & welcoming. Chris was so pleasant, professional, communicated well with us, was very patient, and fixed our problem. We would most definitely use their service again.

I would give 5 stars for Timeliness, Professionalism amd Problem resolution. Very kind as well. It's a rare commodity these days to find a company the from the first phone call to technician that has amazing customer service and treats their customers the right way!

I have used Proline now multiple times and I will not use anyone else. They've been great, done quality work, and have always kept me informed on what was going on. I recently had a drainage problem on my new house and my insurance company sent out Sundance. After sitting in the driveway for most of the 3 hours he was here, he told me the plumbing needed to be redone to fix it and left. Proline comes in and quickly fixes the problem, they just snaked the drain and found a clog. Its amazing when you do the job right and not ... read more

I have had Tyrone to my hair salon, and recommended him in a real estate transaction and can not say enough good things about him and his expertise. Now I've needed him at hone for a drain line replacement and again, his knowledge and friendless takes the sting of what needs to be done less. I know he will repair everything!! Joe came to the house and gaved me a bid to add a gas line so we can have a gas range. No doubt he knows hes work and he was very friendly and nice. The reason I'm given them 3 stars is because I paid $69 for a professional inspection prior the job being done so I could figure out if I could I afford it. We got very good service from Proline Plumbing. Chris arrived during the service window and entered the house with a mask on due to the covid-19 pandemic. He and his partner Alex (who did NOT wear a mask costing them one star) were very diligent in assessing the problem and ultimately fixing it. We will ask for Chris to come back to address a couple of other challenges with the plumbing in our house.

Our hot water heater stopped working On Thursday . As we have a homeowners service policy, we made a claim. We were initially assigned a plumbing company who couldn't even come out to assess for a week. As this was unacceptable, we requested a new vendor, and was assigned Proline. They scheduled us right away on Friday. Unfortunately, the water heater was dead and had to be replaced.
