We had a sump pump under the house running continuously. I called proline and asked if someone could take a look. One hour later Tyrone arrived. He verified that no pipes were leaking. He found that the bucket the pump sits in was loose and tilting so it kept the pump on. After he fixed it, he noticed that the pipe coming out of the pump was not properly connected to the pipe that exits the house. He made a fitting to connect them so they no longer leak...All in less that one hour. . Best plumbing company I've ever run ... read more

Alex & Chris came by to replace pipes in my basement for the sink & washing machine. This is the 2nd job they've done for me (first one was perfect, no leaks, it was an "emergency" call -- they were there within 2 hours on a Friday evening), and once again they did great work on a Friday (this time with an appointment). On time, did the job, had good suggestions for making things better, and pleasant/eccentric personalities. Tony made a late night call for a pressure valve problem with the hot water heater. Fixed and performed other needed services next day. Very pleased.

ProLine rescued me on a Saturday afternoon when I had Airbnb guests arriving. ProLine was the only plumber to respond and they sent Tyrone who was honest and efficient. Plus, ProLine sends text messages updating you about the job status. ProLine is my new plumber. Thank you!

If you are looking for a plumber or leak detector you won't be disappointed with Proline. My home warranty company dispatched a work order to them yesterday afternoon I quickly proline as the 2nd plumber to solve a leak... I received a message from Proline trying to setup an appointment. They left me a voicemail and a text where I could easily respond quickly. When on the phone the service rep was friendly and compassionate that I was experiencing a leak. Super quick & friendly. Replaced hot water heater in 39 minutes!! Thanks to Fidelity Home Warranty, it only cost $75 service fee! Another plumbing company quoted us $5,800

Tyrone was AMAZING. Like a lot of other Yelpers here, Proline was sent our way by our home warranty company after a pipe in our new house rusted through and was leaking into the wall. Tyrone was fantastic - on top of fixing the problem, he explained the issue and told us what to look out for in the future.
