My water heater replacement was performed by Tyrone from Proline Plumbing. I want to recognize Tyrone for the speedy service, his experience with such installations and his polite and open communication regarding questions I asked during installation.

I called Proline regarding a septic tank issue. Chris responded in a timely manner. He was able to properly diagnose my issue and was able to correct it. Have used other plumbing businesses in the past trying to fix this issue, none were able to fix it. The cost was fair for the work provided. I now have peace of mind that my septic system will work. Proline will be my " go to" business for any future plumbing/septic issues.

Tristan came out and was so attentive to the issues. He fixed one major leak, double checked his work and found an entirely new leak that he quickly fixed. Such a relief!

AOSmith heat pump electric water heater installed by Northwest Installers in April, it failed after 5 months. Proline sent out Adam who worked with AOSmith to determine the issue. AOSmith sent a part and 2 days later Proline sent out Dustin who replaced the part and verified it was working. I highly recommend Proline for all your water heater needs. I don't recommend any manufacturers heat pump water heaters!!!! get a regular water heater instead!

Tyrone came to install a new toilet our old one was like 50 years old and had crappy tank innards, and was leaking and a whole mess. ANYway ... Tyrone went above and beyond. -- He installed the new toilet super fast (prob would have taken me all day, or multiple days) -- He was super friendly and nice to talk to -- He CLEANED UNDER THE TOILET, and showed me BEFORE AND AFTER PICS! What a phenomenal experience during one of the most stressful situations. Chris is an absolute rockstar.... He was fast, so courteous, explained everything, showed me every step of the way what he was doing and why, and was so patient and full of grace. No one in the world could have imagined this....... Walked into the garage and was greeted with several feet of water. Called pro line plumber and sewer on July 2 , July 5. They were out and had it fixed within a few hours This wonderful company did the very best to get our plumbing problem fixed as quickly as possible. Had called several other companies, but they couldn't get to it for weeks. Which meant no water for weeks.
